Since 1968, uno form has created bespoke luxury kitchens with a profound respect for Danish design heritage, uncompromising craftsmanship, and a deep appreciation for natural wood. Every kitchen is individually tailored and handcrafted by experienced cabinetmakers at our workshop in Denmark.

The original uno form kitchen, Classic, was designed by Arne Munch in 1968 and remains an enduring reference point within Danish kitchen design. Each subsequent collection has been developed in the spirit of Arne Munch, whose philosophy continues to define the balance between timeless aesthetics, functionality and refined craftsmanship. In 2009, we introduced the Avantgarde collection, followed by Shaker in 2017, Copenhagen in 2019, and most recently the Colour Collection and Wine Collection in 2025.

Over nearly six decades, uno form has evolved from creating exclusively handcrafted kitchens to designing bespoke luxury cabinetry for every room in the home — from entrance halls and living spaces to home offices, wine cellars, wardrobes and bathrooms.

Every kitchen, bathroom vanity, dressing room and wine cellar is made to measure at our workshop in Denmark and crafted according to true cabinetmaking traditions. Our handcrafted wooden drawers are assembled using classic dovetail joinery — a defining feature of Arne Munch’s original designs and a recognised hallmark of exceptional craftsmanship within luxury kitchen making.

Design consultation is an integral part of creating a bespoke kitchen at uno form. Throughout the process, we work closely with each client to develop a solution tailored not only to everyday living, but also to the architecture and atmosphere of the home itself. The result is a handcrafted luxury kitchen designed to endure for generations.

Each year, the BO BEDRE Design Awards celebrate the most exceptional design brands, collections and creative talents shaping the Scandinavian design scene.

We are proud to have received the BO BEDRE Design Award 2025 in the category “Comeback of the Year” for the launch of the Classic Colour Collection.

In the jury’s statement, uno form was recognised as a heritage kitchen brand that continues to challenge conventions and redefine the idea of the luxury kitchen. Arne Munch’s original 1968 design has been reinterpreted through a bold and contemporary colour palette, bringing renewed depth and character to the collection.

The Classic Colour Collection balances heritage with innovation - honouring uno form’s iconic design language while introducing sophisticated new colours and finishes that ensure its enduring relevance for a new generation of design-conscious homes.
