Classic Colour
In 1968, Arne Munch set new standards for timeless elegance with the bespoke kitchen Classic. Now, uno form is reinterpreting the iconic design with a carefully curated colour palette that expands the creative space.
With its stringent look, the Classic kitchen has long since achieved iconic status in the design world. The kitchen, which is produced at uno form’s own workshop in Denmark, has so far been manufactured with solid wood slats using white ash, walnut and oak. Now, 11 carefully curated colours are being added to the range, including Dusty Rose, Sky Blue, Ocean Blue and Burgundy Red.
A contemporary take on a classic
The Classic Colour Collection is a distinctive choice for those who seek character and timeless Danish design heritage in their interior spaces.
Introducing Classic Colour Collection
Iconic design in new colours
The reinterpretation of the Classic series has taken place with the deepest respect for Arne Munch’s original design. Each colour has been carefully selected by uno form’s design team, and can be used across kitchen elements in countless combinations.
Classic Colour Collection reflects a significant movement towards richer colours with depth and character. The series challenges our traditional perception of a kitchen, and provides the opportunity to create an urban, atmospheric and deeply personal look where the play of colour becomes the driving force

Some people prefer a single continuous colour that provides calm, harmony and balance. Others dream of a more complex space where strong contrasts and bold combinations create dynamism and vitality:
For example with different colours used for the kitchen island, the tall units and the legs. No matter where you fall between the two, you can fulfil your creative vision with Classic Colour Collection.

11 colours – 1,331 possibilities
With 11 carefully curated colours and 1,331 possible combinations, you can create a kitchen that is truly your own. Whether you're drawn to the understated elegance of burgundy red paired with a soft, dusty rose, or prefer a more daring expression—like sky blue cabinets accented with unexpected red details—this palette invites you to explore a lifestyle defined by colour confidence and creative freedom.
Beneath the vibrant surfaces, expert craftsmanship takes center stage. The natural grain of the solid wood slats forms elegant patterns, while dovetail joints and overlaid doors speak to the uncompromising quality of a true design classic.
The Classic Colour Collection is cabinetmaking at its finest—infused with creative freedom and crafted from the ground up at our workshop in Denmark.

Upcycling – Where sustainability meets high design
However, there is more to the new collection than creative freedom. Classic Colour Collection also contributes to an even more responsible consumption of the earth’s precious resources.
“When we produce our Classic kitchen, we often have to reject raw materials purely for visual reasons. The new Classic Colour Collection is painted with completely opaque colours, which means we can upcycle both solid wood and veneer. You still get to enjoy the beautiful texture of the wood, and the quality is exactly the same, but the waste is significantly reduced. At the same time, upcycling makes it possible to set an attractive price level,” says Peter Bisgaard, Brand Director at uno form.
We’re constantly working towards more environmentally friendly production. We only use wood from FSC®-certified forests and other controlled sources (FSC® C068191), while our production and showrooms run on green electricity. Classic Colour Collection is another step in the right direction.
